Through detailed testing and analysis, and subsequent confirmation with Microsoft, it was discovered that the root cause of the issue lay in the customer’s hardware design and driver implementation not aligning with Microsoft’s specifications.

Upon receiving our analysis and recommendations, the customer was able to swiftly eliminate unnecessary handling of issues, focusing all efforts on the final failed item.
